These Terms of Service govern your use of the Fleur Studio website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order you agree to these terms in full.
1. Products and Pricing
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. The price you pay is locked at the time your order is confirmed.
Product images are representative. Because flowers are natural, the exact bloom size, colour depth, and arrangement may vary slightly from the photograph while remaining true to the described style.
2. Orders and Payment
An order is confirmed once payment has been processed and you have received a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, with a full refund issued immediately.
- Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, bank transfer
- Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering
- Subscription payments are charged on the agreed cycle until cancelled
3. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout.
If no one is available to receive the delivery, our courier will leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded location and send you a notification. We are not responsible for condition after a safe-drop.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including photographs, design, copy, and branding — is the property of Fleur Studio and may not be reproduced without written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fleur Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ho Chi Minh City, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
