Can I choose a specific delivery time?
Yes — at checkout you can select a morning, afternoon, or evening window for any delivery date.
Do you deliver outside the city?
We currently deliver within HCMC and surrounding districts. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability in your area.
What happens if the recipient isn't home?
Our driver will leave the bouquet in a safe, shaded spot and send a photo notification. For fresh arrangements, we recommend selecting a delivery window when someone will be home.
How early should I order for same-day delivery?
Place your order before 11 am for same-day delivery. We recommend ordering the day before for large arrangements or wedding flowers.
Can I add a gift message to my order?
Yes — there's a gift message field at checkout. Your message will be handwritten on a Fleur & Co. card and included with the bouquet.
