Peace lilies are one of the most forgiving houseplants you can own. They thrive in low to medium indirect light — which makes them ideal for rooms that do not get much sun — and they will actually tell you when they need water by drooping their leaves slightly.
Water thoroughly when the top inch of soil feels dry, then allow the pot to drain completely. Feed monthly in spring and summer with a balanced liquid fertiliser. With this simple routine, your peace lily should reward you with beautiful white flowers once or twice a year.
