Can I request a custom arrangement?
Absolutely. We love bespoke orders — from single-stem gifts to full wedding installations. Get in touch at least 5 days before your event and we’ll work out a design that fits your vision and budget.
What are your delivery areas and cut-off times?
We deliver within District 1–7 and Thủ Đức daily. Orders placed before 10am are delivered the same day. Orders after 10am ship next-day. Express slots are available for an additional fee.
What is your return and freshness policy?
Every arrangement is guaranteed fresh on delivery. If your flowers arrive damaged or begin to wilt within 24 hours under normal conditions, contact us with a photo and we’ll send a replacement free of charge.
